STUART HOLLIDAY, PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGIST, CPSYCHOL

Stuart works with individuals, groups, and teams across business, sport, and the music industry to help people transform their mindset for performance. He has experience with GB Olympic Archery, Liverpool FC Academy, and the England Netball Team, and now works with both elite and non-professional athletes and sports. With 10 years in the field, Stuart has the experience to work with any athlete, regardless of their discipline, but particularly specialises in endurance sports where his specific expertise, knowledge, and understanding of the field see him in demand with leading athletes, coaches and squads Worldwide.

Location: Based in London, consults nationwide & worldwide via Zoom and will travel.

DR. JOSEPHINE PERRY, Performance in Mind

Performance in Mind is run by Dr. Josephine Perry. She is a chartered sport and exercise psychologist working with those in sport, on the stage and in business. She writes features for sports magazines and websites and is regularly quoted in the media. Her focus is always on the person first, athlete second. Only an athlete who is happy and secure in the rest of their life is going to be able to perform to their potential. She has extensive experience working with endurance athletes (her own background is in triathlon, cycling and running) but also has a number of clients who play tennis, golf and fence.

JACK HICKS-FLYNN, SPORT PSYCHOLOGIST, CPSYCHOL

Jack works with a broad range of clients including individual athletes, teams, coaches and referees, from amateur to elite professional level across a range of sporting disciplines. His role as Performance Psychologist at Luton Town FC has enabled him to develop a specialism in providing support within both academy and professional football.

Optimise Potential is a sport and exercise psychology consultancy that consists of highly skilled practitioners all of whom have experience working with athletes, performers, and teams in a range of sports as well as with a range of levels from novice to international elites.

Tulio Barbosa sport and performance psychologist

TULIO BARBOSA, PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGIST

Tulio is dedicated to helping athletes develop key mental performance skills that they will use on a consistent basis throughout their athletic careers and in life. He has worked with individuals and teams across a range of disciplines and capabilities including Premier League clubs, academy-level footballers, and GB Track & Field athletes. Tulio is also the UK Representative of the European Network of Specialists in Sport Psychology (ENYSSP). An international organisation concerned with the dissemination of knowledge in the field of Sport and Exercise Psychology in the areas of applied work, research and education.

Location: London (provides web-based consultations to athletes across the UK).

Louise Byrne Sport Psychologist

LOUISE BYRNE

Louise is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is a member of the British Psychological Society. She works with recreational exercisers and those that want to gain a competitive edge during events, through focusing on mental well-being. She has worked with award winning investment and financial firms to increase their performance levels while maintaining their individual mental health. The alignment between daily training and working life is something she has pursued educating athletes on.

Matt Cunliffe Sport Psychologist

Matthew Cunliffe, CPsychol

Matt works with some of the countries top athletes, Olympians and Paralympians. He is employed by the English Institute of Sport and has worked as the head of psychology at England Touch Rugby. He has supported athletes to national, European, World, Olympic and Paralympic competitions. In addition to his work in performance sport he is trained in cognitive behaviour therapy and works 1 to 1 with athletes on their mental health.

Inner Drive - performance psychology and sport psychology consultancy based in South East London

INNER DRIVE

Inner Drive use psychological research to help people achieve their potential in Education, Business and Sport. They specialise in the application of growth mindset, metacognition, the science of learning, memory, brain management and stress management strategies to improve motivation, learning and confidence.
